IGCSE Subjects and Exams
From Year 10 to Year 11: Preparing for the Next Step
During Year 10 and Year 11, students prepare for their IGCSEs, sitting the official examinations through Cambridge International Education (CIE) and Pearson Edexcel. In addition, we guide them in their subject choices to ensure they keep their future options open, both in Spain and abroad.
To progress to Year 12 and Year 13 (Sixth Form) at Los Olivos, students must pass 5 IGCSEs as well as the 3 subjects from the Spanish Educational System.
Sixth Form (Years 12 & 13):
The Gateway to University
In Year 12, students sit three official AS Level exams and one A2 Level exam through Cambridge International Education (CIE) and Pearson Edexcel.
In Year 13, they complete this stage by taking three official A Level exams, concluding their academic preparation before progressing to university.
