Friday 28th October was a special day for our students as we celebrated Halloween at school.
For more than 40 years, it has been a tradition at the school to celebrate Halloween with a day full of special activities, games and costumes, and this year was no exception. During the week the atmosphere gradually built up for the big day and on Friday the pupils, and many of their teachers, came to school dressed for the occasion. In Primary, we held a parade so that everyone had the chance to enjoy the costumes from all the classes, while in Secondary more than a dozen prizes were awarded in different categories such as “Most Creative Costume” or “Funniest Costume”…. Throughout the day, all classes took part in the different games and activities that the teachers, with the help of the Year 10 students, had prepared.
Many thanks to everyone for taking part and especially to the Year 10 students for taking the time to help run the games for their classmates!
