On Friday 12th December, our Primary School pupils celebrated Christmas Jumper Day at English School Los Olivos, a British school in Valencia, enjoying a special day that combined Christmas spirit, learning and solidarity.
This charitable initiative, organised in collaboration with the NGO Save the Children, encouraged pupils to come to school wearing a Christmas jumper —either bought or decorated for the occasion— and to make a symbolic €1 donation to support the organisation’s projects.
Throughout the day, pupils took part in age-appropriate educational activities with their teachers, focusing on essential values such as empathy, cooperation and the importance of helping others, which are central to the educational philosophy of our British school in Valencia.
Save the Children works globally to ensure that children have access to quality education and are protected from poverty, violence and emergency situations.
At English School Los Olivos, we would like to thank all our families for their support, which helps us continue to offer an education that nurtures both academic excellence and strong personal values.
