Congratulations to our student, Quim Baixeras, for representing Spain and winning the silver medal in the International Chemistry Olympiad in Paris.
Quim won the Valencian stage of the Chemistry Olympiad in March and then the gold medal in the national competition which was held in the University of Cantabria in May. This meant he could represent Spain in the international competition, in which 76 countries took part, each with four members on their team, and has been held during the month of July in Paris.
It is an amazing achievement and we are all delighted. We would like to congratulate Quim once more for all his hard work and effort and for his motivation to, understand, experiment, study and learn science, especially Chemistry. Congratulations Quim!
