Our Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3 pupils enjoyed a fantastic Sports Day filled with excitement, teamwork and plenty of smiles.
The morning began with all the children gathering together to hear the instructions and learn about the different activities and challenges they would be taking part in throughout the event. Divided into colour teams, the pupils rotated through a variety of stations designed to develop coordination, agility, accuracy and teamwork.
Throughout the morning, the children took part in a wide range of activities, including throwing challenges, football skills, basketball shooting, relay races, balance and coordination games, and even some fun water-based challenges that proved especially popular on such a warm day.
The focus of the event was not only on physical activity but also on encouraging cooperation, resilience and sportsmanship. Pupils supported one another, celebrated successes together and demonstrated excellent team spirit throughout the day.
The beautiful outdoor surroundings of English School Los Olivos provided the perfect setting for a memorable Sports Day, where every child had the opportunity to participate, challenge themselves and enjoy being active with their friends.
A huge thank you to all the staff who organised and supervised the activities and helped make the day such a success.
Well done to all our pupils for their enthusiasm, effort and positive attitude. We are very proud of you!
