Congratulations to our students from Years 7, 8, 9 and 10 who took part in the Valencian International Schools Athletics Tournament.
On Friday May 10th our students had the opportunity to once again take part in the VIS athletics tournament. It was an exciting competition with our athletes giving it their all in every event. We won several medals and broke the tournament records in the senior girls’ triple jump, 100 metres and 4×100 metres relay.
The day had the perfect finish with the whole team cheering our runners to victory in the final event of the day, the senior girls’ 4×100 metres relay. Most important of all though was the sportsmanship and team spirit shown by our students who really enjoyed the day and the chance to compete against, and spend time with, students from other schools.
We are delighted with how the day went and would like to congratulate all our athletes and thank the other schools for taking part.
