On Friday 19th June, the English School Los Olivos community came together to celebrate one of the most significant milestones in school life: the graduation of our Year 13 students.
Surrounded by their families, friends and teachers, our graduates marked the end of a remarkable chapter and the beginning of an exciting new journey. The ceremony was filled with pride, gratitude, laughter and emotion as students reflected on the memories, friendships and experiences that have shaped their years at Los Olivos with their classmates and teachers.
Throughout the evening, there were heartfelt speeches, moments of reflection and well-deserved recognition of the hard work, dedication and perseverance shown by this exceptional group of young people. As they received their diplomas, it was impossible not to reflect on how much they have grown during their time with us, both academically and personally.
One of the most moving aspects of the evening was hearing students express their appreciation for the friendships they have built and the support they have received throughout their school years. Their words reminded us that education extends far beyond the classroom and that the strongest lessons are often those learned through shared experiences, challenges and achievements.
For many of these students, Los Olivos has been a second home for a large part of their lives. Watching them celebrate together, surrounded by the people who have supported them along the way, was a powerful reminder of the special sense of community that defines our school.
We are incredibly proud of each and every member of the Class of 2026. Their achievements, resilience and character have left a lasting mark on our school, and we have no doubt that they will continue to accomplish great things in the years ahead.
As they take their next steps towards university, further study and new opportunities, we wish them every success and happiness.
Congratulations, Year 13.
You will always be part of the Los Olivos family.
💚 Once an Olivo, always an Olivo.
