Our Year 2 pupils enjoyed a wonderful and enriching visit to Bioparc Valencia, where learning stepped far beyond the classroom walls.
The day began with excitement and curiosity as the children prepared for their “mission” around the park. Throughout the visit, they observed a wide range of animals in habitats designed to reflect their natural environments, encouraging respect, awareness and thoughtful discussion.
From the impressive elephants and elegant giraffes to playful meerkats, flamingos and even an unforgettable underwater encounter with a hippopotamus, the experience sparked countless questions and moments of genuine wonder.
School trips like this are an essential part of our educational approach. They allow pupils to connect classroom learning with real-life experiences, develop observation skills and strengthen their sense of curiosity about the natural world.
It was a fantastic day filled with exploration, discovery and shared memories.
We are very proud of how engaged and enthusiastic our Year 2 pupils were throughout the visit.
