Our Year 6 pupils enjoyed a fantastic day at the Albufera Natural Park, one of the most important wetlands in Spain and a unique natural environment close to Valencia.
Throughout the day, the students explored the local landscape, learning about the flora and fauna that make this ecosystem so special. They also had the opportunity to spend time on the beach, working together and enjoying the outdoors.
One of the highlights of the trip was a boat ride across the lagoon, where pupils could observe the natural surroundings from a different perspective and deepen their understanding of this protected area.
It was a wonderful opportunity to combine learning with outdoor experiences, encouraging curiosity, teamwork and a deeper connection with nature.
