Our Year 7 and Year 8 students recently took part in an exciting residential trip to Montanejos, where they enjoyed several days of outdoor adventure, teamwork and personal challenge in one of the most beautiful natural settings in the Valencian Community.
Throughout the trip, students participated in a wide range of activities designed to encourage cooperation, confidence and resilience. One of the highlights was rafting along the river, where they worked together to navigate the water while enjoying the stunning scenery around them. They also took part in paddle boarding and group water activities on the reservoir, making the most of the spectacular turquoise waters and mountain landscape.
In addition to the water-based activities, students completed a variety of team-building and balance challenges that required communication, trust and determination. These activities provided valuable opportunities to strengthen friendships, support one another and develop important life skills outside the classroom.
The trip was filled with laughter, adventure and memorable experiences, allowing students to connect with nature, challenge themselves and create lasting memories with their classmates and teachers.
We would like to thank all the staff involved in organising and accompanying the trip, as well as our students for their enthusiasm, positive attitude and excellent behaviour throughout the experience.
