Today, students in Year 7 and Year 8 took part in an inspiring talk on sustainability to mark the International Day of Zero Waste, observed each year on 30th March.

The session encouraged students to reflect on the environmental impact of waste and the importance of adopting more responsible and sustainable habits in their daily lives. Through engaging discussions, students explored practical ways to reduce waste, reuse materials and make more conscious choices that contribute to the protection of our planet.

At English School Los Olivos, we believe that education plays a key role in shaping environmentally responsible citizens. Initiatives like this help our students develop awareness and a sense of responsibility towards global challenges, empowering them to be part of a more sustainable future.
